The Opportunity:
HR Administrator – People Services
- Location: Newcastle
- Salary: £30,000
- Temporary, initially for up to 2 months
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented HR professional who enjoys working as part of a collaborative team and thrives in a dynamic environment.
The Role:
Supporting the wider People Services function, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality HR administration service across the full employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing HR administrative processes from new starters through to onboarding and exit
- Preparing contracts, offer letters, and onboarding documentation
- Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems
- Supporting onboarding and induction processes for new employees
- Assisting with leavers, including exit documentation and processes
- Providing day-to-day HR administrative support to the wider team
- Ensuring compliance with internal policies and employment legislation
About You:
- Proven experience in an HR Administration role, ideally within a busy People Services or HR team
- Strong understanding of the employee lifecycle
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Proactive and able to manage a busy workload effectively
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
