An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Finance Manager to join a growing finance function and lead a team responsible for delivering high-quality financial reporting and controls.
This role is ideal for a qualified accountant who combines strong technical expertise with proven team leadership experience. You'll play a key role in ensuring reporting accuracy, driving continuous improvement and supporting the ongoing development of the finance team.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a team of finance professionals
- Oversee month-end and year-end processes
- Review management accounts and financial reporting
- Strengthen controls, processes and reporting quality
- Drive continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives
- Support finance projects and business change
The Person
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
- Strong management accounting background
- Proven people management experience
- Excellent technical accounting knowledge
- Experience delivering process improvements and leading change
