The Role

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Owning the monthly management accounts process, delivering accurate and insightful reporting
• Providing meaningful analysis and commentary to support decision-making
• Partnering with non-finance stakeholders to improve performance and drive efficiencies
• Leading budgeting and forecasting cycles, adding challenge where needed
• Managing cashflow, working capital, and strengthening financial controls
• Supporting and developing junior team members

Background

Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
Experience in a Finance Manager or Senior Management Accountant role
Strong commercial awareness with the confidence to influence at senior level
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Clear communicator who can translate financial insight into actionable outcomes
