Finance Manager

This is an opportunity to take ownership of the finance function, lead a small team, and provide the insight and financial leadership that helps drive strategic decisions.
Reporting to the Deputy Managing Director, you'll play a key role in shaping the financial direction of the business, ensuring robust reporting, strong financial governance and meaningful commercial insight.
The Role
- Lead group financial reporting across multiple entities, ensuring accurate and timely information for senior stakeholders.
- Provide commercial analysis and performance insights that support strategic decision-making and business growth.
- Own the budgeting, forecasting and financial planning cycle, including developing financial models to evaluate future opportunities.
- Oversee financial controls, treasury activities, audit processes and statutory compliance requirements.
- Develop and mentor the finance team while driving improvements to systems, reporting and operational efficiency.
The Person
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified (or equivalent).
- Experience within a multi-entity or group finance environment.
- Strong financial reporting, consolidation and control expertise.
- Proven budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling capability.
- Previous leadership experience and the confidence to influence senior stakeholders.
