The Opportunity

An established and values-led organisation is looking to recruit a Finance Business Partner to join its finance team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with operational leaders, providing insightful financial support that drives effective decision-making and organisational performance.

The Role

• Produce monthly management accounts and reports
• Support budgeting, forecasting and planning
• Partner with budget holders across the business
• Provide financial analysis and insights
• Assist with year-end accounts and audit
• Support grant funding and compliance activities

The Person

• Qualified or studying ACCA, CIMA or CIPFA
• Experience in management accounting or business partnering
• Strong Excel and financial analysis skills
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills
• Able to manage competing priorities effectively
• Proactive, organised and solutions-focused
