The Role

Partner with budget holders and senior managers to support financial planning and decision-making
Provide robust budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Monitor financial performance and identify risks and opportunities
Prepare and present management information to a range of stakeholders
Support the annual budget setting process and medium-term financial planning
Challenge and influence stakeholders to improve financial outcomes
Contribute to service improvement and value-for-money initiatives
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and best practice

The Person

Experience in a finance business partnering, management accounting, or similar finance role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Experience of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
The ability to translate complex financial information into meaningful insights
A proactive and collaborative approach to work
Part-qualified, qualified, or qualified by experience finance professionals will be considered
