The Opportunity:

Executive Assistant to Board

Are you an experienced Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, high-profile environment? We are seeking a confident and highly organised Executive Assistant to the Board to provide critical support during a busy period of change and increased activity.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected organisation where you will work closely with senior leaders, providing seamless executive support and ensuring the smooth running of board and leadership activities.

The Role:

Reporting into senior leadership, you will be responsible for delivering first-class executive support across a range of strategic and operational activities.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Complex diary and inbox management for senior executives
  • Coordinating and supporting Board and Committee meetings
  • Preparing board packs, agendas, reports and meeting papers
  • Taking accurate minutes and tracking actions to completion
  • Managing stakeholder communications across internal and external audiences
  • Organising travel, accommodation and events
  • Supporting with governance, compliance and confidential documentation
  • Acting as a trusted point of contact for senior stakeholders

About You

The successful candidate will be an experienced Executive Assistant with a proven ability to support at Board or Executive level.

You will possess:

  • Previous experience supporting Board Directors, CEOs or senior leadership teams
  • Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build credibility at all levels
  • Experience coordinating Board meetings and preparing governance documentation
  • Excellent attention to detail and discretion when handling confidential information
  • The ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities effectively
