The Role

London (Office-based, 4 days per week) - Board level/founder experience
We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Senior Executive Assistant to provide first-class support to a senior leadership team within a fast-paced, high-performing environment.
This is a pivotal role, requiring exceptional organisational skills, sound judgement, and the ability to operate with discretion at the most senior level.

The Role
You will provide strategic and operational support to senior executives, ensuring their time is managed effectively and key business priorities are delivered seamlessly.
Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing complex, fast-paced diaries with competing priorities
  • Coordinating UK and international travel arrangements
  • Acting as a gatekeeper and point of contact for senior stakeholders
  • Preparing high-quality presentations, reports, and board documentation
  • Tracking actions, minutes, and deadlines across executive meetings
  • Managing inboxes and drafting correspondence on behalf of executives
  • Organising events, off-sites, and leadership meetings
  • Maintaining accurate and timely filing of board reports and documents
  • Supporting budget administration and raising purchase orders
  • Providing oversight and support to other Executive Assistants
  • Handling confidential information with absolute discretion


 

The Person


About You
You will be a confident, polished EA with proven experience supporting senior executives in a demanding environment.

You will bring:

  • Degree educated (or equivalent experience)
  • Extensive experience as an Executive Assistant at senior or board level
  • Exceptional organisational and diary management skills
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to anticipate needs
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • High levels of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
