An established, fast-scaling commercial business is looking to appoint a Dialler Manager to take ownership of a newly introduced platform within a high-performing sales environment.
With c.160 people on the sales floor, the business operates at pace and with a strong entrepreneurial mindset. Having previously relied on an in-house system, this hire represents a genuine step change in capability and performance.

This is a pivotal position where you will take full ownership of the dialler function, driving the transition from legacy systems to a more sophisticated, insight-led approach.
You will sit at the centre of the sales operation, working closely with leadership to optimise outbound performance and deliver measurable improvements across contact strategy, conversion and productivity.
Beyond initial optimisation, there is clear scope to move into broader, business-wide projects as the platform evolves.
Key responsibilities
- Own and optimise dialler performance across outbound campaigns
- Manage predictive, progressive and blended dialling strategies
- Drive improvements in contact rates, conversion and agent productivity
- Deliver clear reporting and insight to senior stakeholders
- Work cross-functionally with sales, operations and technical teams
- Support campaign planning, forecasting and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practice
The Person
About you
- Experience working with dialler systems in a contact centre or sales-led environment
- Strong understanding of outbound campaign delivery and performance levers
- Data-driven with a commercial mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Proactive, with a mindset of identifying opportunities and taking ownership
