The Opportunity

We are recruiting for a customer-focused professional to join a well-established and growing business as a Customer Service Representative.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong customer relationships, solving problems and delivering excellent service. Working as part of a collaborative team, you'll be responsible for managing customer enquiries, processing orders, resolving issues and ensuring a positive customer experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer enquiries via phone, email and other communication channels.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide timely updates and support throughout the customer journey.
  • Investigate and resolve customer queries and complaints.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Maintain accurate records using internal systems and databases.
  • Build positive relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.

About you

  • Previous experience in a customer service, administration or customer support role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable using IT systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
  • Positive, proactive and adaptable approach to work.
  • A team player who enjoys delivering excellent service.
