The Opportunity
We are recruiting for a customer-focused professional to join a well-established and growing business as a Customer Service Representative.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong customer relationships, solving problems and delivering excellent service. Working as part of a collaborative team, you'll be responsible for managing customer enquiries, processing orders, resolving issues and ensuring a positive customer experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer enquiries via phone, email and other communication channels.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Provide timely updates and support throughout the customer journey.
- Investigate and resolve customer queries and complaints.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Maintain accurate records using internal systems and databases.
- Build positive relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
About you
- Previous experience in a customer service, administration or customer support role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable using IT systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
- Positive, proactive and adaptable approach to work.
- A team player who enjoys delivering excellent service.
