About You

To succeed in this role, you will be a commercially focused finance professional with strong business partnering experience and the ability to operate confidently in a demanding, high-performance environment.
We are particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate:

  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in a Finance Business Partner or Commercial Finance role
  • Strong track record of influencing senior stakeholders and driving business performance
  • Experience managing or supporting complex P&Ls within a fast-paced environment
  • Background in consumer-led, retail or FMCG environments (highly desirable, but not essential)
  • Excellent analytical skills, including advanced Excel capability and strong financial modelling experience
  • Ability to present financial information clearly, with strong storytelling and communication skills
  • Resilience, confidence and the ability to challenge constructively
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across diverse stakeholder groups
This role would suit someone who thrives in a commercially driven environment and enjoys working closely with stakeholders to drive tangible business outcomes.
