Business Coordinator

The Role


An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Coordinator to join a growing organisation embarking on an exciting new chapter.

This is a highly varied role, working closely with the General Manager and wider leadership team to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations. We are looking for a proactive, organised individual who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, and keeping multiple workstreams moving in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day business administration and operational activities
  • Manage purchasing and procurement processes, including supplier communication, obtaining quotations and raising purchase orders
  • Support finance administration, including invoicing, applications for payment and debt collection activities
  • Maintain holiday, absence and timesheet records
  • Assist with planning and scheduling of manufacturing and installation activities
  • Manage documentation, record keeping, compliance records and certification processes
  • Liaise with suppliers, customers and internal teams to ensure projects and operational activities remain on track

The Person


About You

You will be a highly organised administrator or coordinator who thrives in a hands-on role and can confidently manage competing priorities.

Key skills include:

  • Strong administration and coordination experience
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word
  • Purchasing, procurement or supplier management experience
  • Scheduling and planning experience
  • Basic finance administration knowledge
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to work independently and use initiative
  • Experience handling confidential information professionally
