Business Analyst – Auto-Enrolment / Pensions (FTC - 9-12 months)

This is a fixed-term contract rather than a day-rate position.

You’ll be required on-site in Newcastle two days per week.

The Opportunity

An opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to support a significant pensions and auto-enrolment programme combining regulatory, operational and technology change.
The programme is focused on preparing the organisation for forthcoming regulatory requirements affecting multi-employer defined contribution schemes used for automatic enrolment, alongside supporting the longer-term growth of the proposition.
 

Key experience:

• Strong Business Analysis background within pensions / auto-enrolment
• Good understanding of regulatory change
• Experience interpreting regulatory requirements and translating them into business requirements
• Requirements gathering and documentation
• Process analysis and improvement
• Ability to translate business and regulatory requirements into requirements suitable for technology delivery
• Financial services experience
