I'm currently supporting a growing organisation looking to strengthen its Change function through the appointment of a Business Analyst.

This is an opportunity to join a collaborative delivery team and support a broad range of change initiatives spanning technology, operations, customer experience and regulatory projects.

What you'll be doing?

You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to understand requirements, analyse processes and support the successful delivery of change.

Key responsibilities include:

• Requirements gathering and documentation
• Workshop facilitation
• Stakeholder engagement
• Current-state and future-state process mapping
• User stories and acceptance criteria
• Supporting testing and UAT activities
• Acting as the bridge between business and technology teams

What you need

• Strong Business Analysis experience
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Process mapping and requirements gathering expertise
• Workshop facilitation capability
• Ability to challenge and influence constructively
• Experience working alongside technology teams
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently
