I'm currently supporting a growing organisation with a key Business Analyst hire within their Change function.
This is an opportunity to join a well-established change team working on a range of business-critical transformation initiatives, including CRM implementation, digital transformation and customer-focused change programmes.
Working closely with stakeholders, SMEs and technology teams, you'll play a key role in understanding business requirements, identifying opportunities for improvement and supporting the successful delivery of change across the organisation.
What you'll be doing?
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirements gathering sessions
- Document business, functional and non-functional requirements
- Create user stories, process maps, business requirements documentation and acceptance criteria
- Analyse current and future-state processes
- Support solution design, testing and implementation activities
- Conduct impact assessments and support business readiness activities
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure requirements are understood and delivered effectively
- Help drive continuous improvement across business processes and systems
What you need
We're keen to speak with Business Analysts who can demonstrate:
- Previous Business Analysis experience
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Workshop facilitation experience
- Process mapping and requirements documentation expertise
- Experience working within Agile and/or Waterfall environments
- The ability to challenge constructively and ask the right questions
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
