I'm currently supporting a growing organisation with a key Business Analyst hire within their Change function.

This is an opportunity to join a well-established change team working on a range of business-critical transformation initiatives, including CRM implementation, digital transformation and customer-focused change programmes.

Working closely with stakeholders, SMEs and technology teams, you'll play a key role in understanding business requirements, identifying opportunities for improvement and supporting the successful delivery of change across the organisation.

What you'll be doing?

• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirements gathering sessions
• Document business, functional and non-functional requirements
• Create user stories, process maps, business requirements documentation and acceptance criteria
• Analyse current and future-state processes
• Support solution design, testing and implementation activities
• Conduct impact assessments and support business readiness activities
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure requirements are understood and delivered effectively
• Help drive continuous improvement across business processes and systems

What you need

We're keen to speak with Business Analysts who can demonstrate:

• Previous Business Analysis experience
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Workshop facilitation experience
• Process mapping and requirements documentation expertise
• Experience working within Agile and/or Waterfall environments
• The ability to challenge constructively and ask the right questions
• A proactive and solutions-focused approach
