The Role
We are recruiting for an Administrator to join a growing and fast-paced property business based in Wetherby. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised individual who enjoys working in a varied role, managing a busy workload and delivering a great customer experience.
Working within a small, collaborative team, you will play a key role in supporting property transactions, coordinating with customers and third parties, and ensuring cases progress smoothly from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer property files and case administration
- Coordinate property listings, including uploading details, photographs and descriptions
- Liaise with solicitors, conveyancers, estate agents, buyers and sellers
- Handle inbound and outbound customer communications
- Provide regular updates to customers and stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records and track case progress
- Support the wider team with general administrative tasks
The Person
About You
- Previous administration, coordination or case management experience
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proactive, adaptable and detail-oriented
- Strong customer service skills
Experience within property, conveyancing or estate agency would be advantageous but is not essential. Full training will be provided for the right individual.
