The Opportunity:

Nigel Wright are partnering with a high-performance, commercially driven client in their search for an Account Manager. You’ll work with engaged clients, manage high-value opportunities, and build relationships that drive repeat business, not just one-off transactions.
The business operates at pace, with a consistent flow of warm opportunities and a strong platform to support client engagement. It’s a role for someone who wants more control over their earnings, more ownership of their pipeline, and a more mature client base.
You’ll be joining a close-knit, high-energy team where performance is recognised and rewarded, and where strong communicators who can build trust quickly tend to thrive.
 

Role Profile:

  • Take ownership of a portfolio of engaged clients, building strong and lasting relationships
  • Guide clients through high-value opportunities, understanding their goals and advising accordingly
  • Manage a steady pipeline of activity, progressing opportunities through to completion
  • Negotiate commercial outcomes and confidently handle objections
  • Maintain regular contact to drive repeat business and maximise long-term value
  • Work at pace, balancing multiple conversations and opportunities simultaneously
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience

Person Specification:

  • Proven experience in a target-driven sales, account management or relationship-led role 
  • Background in estate agency, lettings or a similar high-volume, client-facing sales environment would be highly advantageous 
  • Comfortable operating in a consultative environment - building relationships rather than purely transactional selling 
  • Commercially aware, with the ability (or appetite) to understand value-driven conversations 
  • Strong communicator, confident on the phone and able to build credibility quickly 
  • A capable negotiator, comfortable handling objections and influencing outcomes 
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple deals and priorities at once 
  • Driven, resilient and motivated by performance and results
