Property Investment Consultant

Wetherby  Permanent  £60k OTE (Competitive basic and uncapped commission) Ref: 417999

The Opportunity:

Nigel Wright Group is partnering with a fast-paced, entrepreneurial property business that delivers high-value, below-market investment opportunities to a growing network of investors.
This isn’t traditional estate agency. It’s a more commercially focused environment where you’ll work directly with investors, manage multiple deals at pace, and build long-term client relationships rather than chasing one-off transactions.
They are now looking to appoint a Property Investment Consultant - a great opportunity for someone who thrives on targets, enjoys building relationships and wants to operate in a more commercially rewarding part of the property space.

Role Profile:

  • Build and manage relationships with a portfolio of property investors, acting as their main point of contact
  • Onboard new investors, understanding their goals and matching suitable opportunities
  • Present property investment deals, clearly articulating returns, yield and overall value
  • Manage transactions through to contract, including negotiation of price and commercial terms
  • Maintain regular contact with investors to drive repeat business and long-term engagement
  • Handle a high volume of live opportunities in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure deals progress smoothly and pipeline visibility is maintained

Person Specification:

  • Proven experience in a target-driven sales, account management or relationship-led role
  • Comfortable operating in a consultative environment, building relationships rather than purely transactional selling
  • Commercially aware, with the ability (or appetite) to understand investment returns and financial conversations
  • Strong communicator, confident on the phone and able to build credibility quickly
  • A capable negotiator, comfortable handling objections and influencing outcomes
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple deals and priorities at once
  • Driven, resilient and motivated by performance and results

Other information:

  • Full-time, office-based role (Wetherby)
  • Working hours: 9:00am - 6:00pm (Mon–Thurs), 9:00am - 5:00pm (Fri)
