- Manage deals through to contract, including negotiation of price and commercial terms
- Drive repeat business through consistent engagement and long-term relationship management
- Handle a high volume of live deals and investor interactions in a fast-paced environment
- Work closely with internal teams and maintain accurate pipeline updates to ensure smooth deal delivery
Person Specification:
- Proven experience in a target-driven sales, account management or relationship-focused role within a service-led environment
- Able to operate in a consultative, relationship-led sales approach rather than purely transactional selling
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to understand and discuss ROI, yield and overall investment value
- Excellent communication skills, with a professional, engaging and credible telephone manner
- Confident and capable negotiator, comfortable influencing outcomes and handling challenging conversations
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Resilient, driven and team-oriented, with the adaptability to learn quickly, perform under pressure and thrive in a collaborative, sociable culture
Other information:
- Full-time, office-based role (5 days per week), working 9:00am–6:00pm Monday to Thursday and 9:00am–5:00pm Friday
- Initial 12–18 month maternity cover contract, with potential for the role to become permanent
