Nigel Wright's Technology Team Celebrates Record Year of Growth and Service Excellence

We are delighted to share that the technology team at Nigel Wright are celebrating a record financial year with growth in headcount, client base and a record annual Net Promoter Score of 83.

Surveyed by both our clients and candidates across the year, we are proud of our service excellence that differentiates us in the market. According to SurveyMonkey, the average NPS score across all industries is +32 and the 2023 B2B Consultancy benchmark is +68, testament to the service delivered by all of the team.

How have we achieved this?

• Firstly, our people. We are values driven and all firmly believe in doing the right thing and going the extra mile to understand both our clients and our candidates’ motives.
• Whilst we have added new team members, we still retain an average of 10+ years of experience in technology recruitment.
• We are solution focused, creating partnerships with clients by helping businesses solve their recruitment challenges head on and coming up with ‘out of the box’ ideas in candidate driven markets.
• We are passionate about helping the North East tech community, getting involved with Dynamo and running our Technology Leaders network of events.
