The new platform promises to enhance efficiency, transparency, and collaboration between clients and consultants, setting a new benchmark for service excellence.
Nigel Wright Group is using the portal on all executive recruitment assignments, to help clients achieve their diversity objectives. The recruitment firm is adopting the UK’s Executive Code of Conduct to encourage gender balanced shortlists and interviews, in line with clients’ gender and ethnicity objectives; all of which are demonstrated within the portal at each stage of the process.
