Employers’ guide to remote working, recruiting & onboarding

Remote hiring and remote working are fairly new challenges for many companies, but ones that are likely to increase in the coming years.

According to our 2020 European Consumer Industry Salaries, Skills & Benefits Report, 25% of our sample already work remotely on a regular basis and 34% enjoy an agile working environment – working when, where and how they choose. What’s striking is that two-thirds of respondents consider agile working their preferred scenario. Certainly, the COVID-19 crisis has led to unprecedented levels of remote working worldwide. And while this is a temporary state of affairs, the impact of the virus will likely change how we live and work for many years to come.
