Full-time paid Internship or part-time Research Assistant position

As a full-time Intern or part-time Research Assistant (alongside your studies), you will:
• Utilize various tools to identify candidates for our clients, based on information gathered during initial meetings.
• Assist in drafting job descriptions, advertisements, and other marketing materials to effectively represent our client companies and generate interest in the roles.
• Support consultants in interviews, and create reports and presentations to showcase candidates to clients.
• Maintain and update our systems to ensure information accuracy and relevance, as good administration is crucial to our operations.
As a vital member of our team, you will work closely with consultants throughout the recruitment process. Our small, dynamic team supports each other to achieve success, collaborating closely with our 140 colleagues across 8 countries.
Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as HR, Economics, or Psychology.
• Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent prioritization skills, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Inquisitive nature, with a genuine interest in search and recruitment.
• Reliable, humble, and collaborative team player.
• Effective communication skills in English, Dutch or any other language is a plus.
