We are looking for students, graduates and professionals who want to start their career with us.

We don’t expect you to have any sales experience within industry or at other recruitment firms. But it will help if you have some work experience, even part time. Knowledge of the recruitment industry is less important to us than a great attitude to succeed.

We look for people from many different industries. So, if you are new to recruitment and have transferable customer relationship building and consultative sales skills then we want to hear from you!

Recruitment is a fast paced and competitive sector; our Consultants require a high degree of resilience as well as emotional intelligence, passion, self-motivation and a natural ability to build quality relationships with people at all levels and backgrounds. They do this by making a lot of phone calls!

Many of our Consultants have come from industry, giving them the confidence and credibility to provide a truly consultative service to our clients. People join us at all levels.  We provide everyone with ongoing training, personal development and coaching to succeed. Everyone needs a willingness to learn.

Specific areas we have found the transition to be particularly successful from are Manufacturing, Marketing, Finance, Buying, Sales, Professional services and Consumer products.
