The role

As a Researcher, you will play an important role in the team, working closely with consultants throughout the entire recruitment process. Your key contribution will be to support consultants and act as a project manager, keeping track of the different elements of each assignment. Through excellent client service and thorough research, you will help identify the best possible match between candidates and organisations.

The role is highly varied, but typical responsibilities include:

• Participating in client kick-off meetings to develop a strong understanding of the candidate profile, job description and company culture
• Developing and publishing job advertisements across relevant channels, as well as handling administrative tasks such as CV registration
• Mapping talent and industries across international markets, while identifying new and creative ways of sourcing and interpreting data
• Searching for and contacting candidates who match the profile our clients are looking for
• Keeping our database up to date and becoming a super-user of our CRM system, Salesforce
• Identifying trends and developing a strong understanding of the business landscape and the mechanisms of recruitment and Executive Search

To succeed in this role, we believe you:

• Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field such as HR, Organisational Psychology or Business/Economics
• Have relevant work experience, ideally from a similar role
• Are focused and structured and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
• Are conscientious and service-minded, with a strong ability to get things done
• Are confident and proactive when communicating with clients and candidates
• Are analytical and strategic, enjoy identifying patterns and connections in information, but are also comfortable with some repetitive tasks
• Are a strong communicator in both Danish and English
