Tove's Experience Summary

Tove Bruhn is our Nordic Research Manager, leading a team of talented Researchers across the Nordic region, delivering high-quality candidate insights and strategic talent mapping. Alongside team leadership, she perform 360 recruitment for both local and international clients. Her work combines in-depth market knowledge with a focus on assessing both competence and personality to ensure the best fit – using tools and methodologies to evaluate soft skills and cultural match as part of the recruitment process.

Tove has conducted many successful projects, in industries such as FMCG, Retail and Engineering across international markets. Prior to joining Nigel Wright, Tove worked for more than eight years in Fashion Retail, primarily as a Store Manager, where she recruited, trained, and developed her own teams. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship and Economics and was the co-founder and CEO of a podcast production company in 2018-2019. She also holds a Master's degree in Leadership and Organisational Psychology from BI Norwegian Business School. Tove is a certified administrator of NEO-PI R, MAP, Matrigma and Aon Ability Tests.
