- Work closely with Engineering and Operations to improve product quality, process capability, yield and manufacturing performance.
- Support supplier and customer quality activities, including supplier issues, SCARs, complaints, RMAs, corrective actions and occasional supplier visits.
- Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and accurate quality documentation and procedures.
- Support product reliability, testing, calibration, inspection and traceability activities, working closely with technical colleagues in Kista.
- Analyse and trend quality data, develop relevant KPIs and proactively identify opportunities for quality and process improvement.
Ideal Experience and Competencies:
- A relevant technical degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Engineering or a related discipline.

- Good knowledge of structured problem-solving and quality methodologies such as 8D, CAPA, 5 Why, Fishbone, FMEA, NCR/NCM and SPC.
- Exposure to supplier quality, customer complaints, failure analysis, reliability, qualification or NPI/product release activities would be advantageous.
