Aina is a senior Executive Search Consultant with close to 20 years’ international search experience, partnering with businesses on senior leadership and critical hires across the Nordics and internationally.
Her career began in London, where she spent 13 years working in executive search, initially specialising in the technology sector and partnering with businesses ranging from early-stage and VC/PE-backed companies through to established international organisations.
Since returning to the Nordics, Aina's focus has increasingly been within Consumer & Commercial, with particular expertise across Beauty, Skincare & Lifestyle, FMCG and regulated consumer sectors.
Based in Stockholm, she work across senior functional and C-level appointments, with particular depth across commercial, sales, marketing and finance leadership. Her international background and network allow her to work seamlessly across markets, combining local Nordic insight with a broader international perspective.
A key focus of Aina's work today is Beauty, Skincare, Personal Care & Lifestyle, where she partners with both Nordic and international businesses on senior and specialist talent needs. Aina also have experience across highly regulated consumer categories, including tobacco and nicotine.
Aina's approach to executive search is built around understanding the business behind the brief: its market, ambitions, challenges and the leadership needed to move it forward. She combines this with a strong understanding of the talent landscape, enabling me to advise clients on where the right talent sits and how best to attract it.

Fluent in Norwegian and English, with a good working knowledge of Swedish and Danish.
