Aina Elnan is a Senior Consultant with focus on Consumer Tech in Nigel Wright Group Nordics, based in our Stockholm office. Originally from Oslo, Norway, she relocated to Stockholm six years ago after having lived in London for 13 years.

Aina comes with a strong international background having started her career in Executive Search 15 years ago, working for esteemed boutique international search firms based out of London. Aina has established herself as a trusted advisor and expert in sr. specialist, management and senior leadership placements globally with a focus on building an extensive network within Consumer & Commercial practice as well within the Tech sector, supporting VC & PE backed start-ups, new market expansions as well as larger corporates attract the very best talent.

One of Aina's notable achievements includes a one-year assignment as strategic partner to Zeekr, a market leading premium electric vehicle start-up that made market entry in Europe in 2023. During this time, Aina played a pivotal role in building the organisation's European team by placing over 50 strategic positions across four countries. Aina contributed significantly to the successful launch of the company and the establishment of its culture.
