JDE is one of the world’s leading coffee and tea companies, home to iconic brands including Gevalia, L'OR, Jacobs, Tassimo, Senseo and Espresso House Coffee. As JDE continues to strengthen its Swedish retail organisation, we are looking for a commercially driven and analytically minded Field Effectiveness Lead to join the team in Stockholm.
This is a key role at the heart of the sales organisation, responsible for improving how field sales teams operate, execute and deliver results. You will act as the link between field sales and internal stakeholders, helping translate commercial priorities into clear actions, tools and processes that maximise execution in-store and drive business performance.
The Opportunity
As Field Effectiveness Lead, you will act as the link between field sales and internal stakeholders, helping create alignment across commercial priorities, activity planning and execution. You will support the field sales organisation with reporting, analysis, planning and sales systems, ensuring teams have the right information and tools to succeed.
The role combines sales operations, commercial planning and business support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys improving processes, creating structure and turning data into actionable insights. You will work closely with Regional Managers, Key Account Managers, Shopper & Category teams and Marketing to strengthen execution and maximise the impact of commercial initiatives in the Swedish market.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate field sales planning and priority setting in line with commercial objectives and activity plans.
- Support target setting and KPI follow-up for the field organisation, ensuring clear performance tracking across key commercial metrics.
- Develop and maintain reporting, tools and data that help drive effective decision-making and stronger business results.
- Act as a key point of contact between Field Sales and teams across Sales, Shopper Marketing, Category, Marketing, Customer Service and Demand Planning.
- Support the development of sales systems and processes, helping create efficient and consistent ways of working across the field organisation.
- Champion Perfect Store execution and support initiatives that strengthen in-store performance and compliance.
- Identify opportunities to improve field sales effectiveness through better planning, insights and execution.
- Support field sales capability development through training initiatives, sales meetings and best-practice sharing.

As part of JDE's continued development in Sweden, you will work closely with colleagues across Sales, Marketing and Category functions while helping strengthen commercial execution in one of JDE's most important markets.

You are organised, analytical and commercially minded, with a genuine interest in how strong execution drives business performance. You enjoy working across functions, building relationships and creating structure that helps teams perform at their best.
You are likely to bring:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience from FMCG sales, field sales, sales operations, category management or a similar commercial environment.
- Solid understanding of retail execution and in-store activation.
- Experience working with CRM, reporting and sales planning tools.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with Excel and PowerPoint.
- The ability to turn data and insights into practical recommendations and actions.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience collaborating across multiple functions.
- Fluent in Swedish and English
