Rebecca's Experience Summary

Rebecca Eileryd works as International Director at Nigel Wright Group, driving several strategic initiatives for the group as well as helping clients with various hiring needs. She has a particular expertise in c-suite + go-to-market roles within consumer/consumer tech. She began her career in the US working for consumer companies like Saab, IKEA as well as for a B2C tech scale up.

She joined Nigel Wright Group in 2009 to open the first Swedish office and spent the following 7 years to develop the Swedish as well as the Nordic organisation as well as Executive Search offering. She re-joined Nigel Wright Group in 2023 directly from True Search where she expanded her international PE + VC network.

In her spare time, she loves to play tennis, padel and golf when she is not out networking or spending time with her children!
