Uwe Köllner leads the Operations team at Nigel Wright in Germany, specialising in sourcing executive talent for our international clients in the consumer goods and industrial sectors, particularly within Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, and Production.

Following a successful tenure in procurement and management within the fashion retail industry, coupled with an Executive MBA from Liverpool John Moores University, he discovered his new professional calling in executive search, playing a pivotal role in establishing Nigel Wright Group's presence in Germany.

Subsequently, he embraced and conquered an entrepreneurial challenge as a management consultant before returning to bolster our presence in the DACH region, focusing on expanding the Operations team.
