Sue is the HR Practice Leader and is responsible for senior and executive appointments across the UK. Sue works with clients in all industry sectors and is personally responsible for CPO, Director, and Head-of level roles across Generalist HR, Talent Acquisition, and Development, Reward and Organisational Design. Sue and her team handle permanent roles as well as contract and interim assignments and have an extensive network of high quality talent.
Sue also manages UK HR leadership events which includes quarterly HR Leadership Breakfasts, HR Director Dinners, and HR Awards – all of which are highly regarded networking events with great quality guests and speakers. This enables HR leaders to learn from each other and share expertise and experience.
Sue graduated from Newcastle University with a BA Hons in Linguistics and joined Nigel Wright Group in 2004 and is now part of the Leadership Team.
