As a member of our international leadership, Søren serves as the Country Director for Denmark, overseeing Group operations in Copenhagen and Aarhus.

Søren's expertise includes senior management placements and executive-level recruitment within both Consumer and Industrial sectors across the Nordics. Søren's journey with Nigel Wright Group began in 2014 when he joined as a Consultant in the International Team. With over 15 years of experience in recruitment and people management, he brings a wealth of knowledge and insight to his role.

Educated in Marketing and Economics, Søren holds a HD in Business Administration & Human Resource Management from CBS and has completed an internal talent program. Prior to his career in recruitment, Søren served as a Non-Commissioned Officer in the Danish Royal Guard.
