He has successfully managed senior management and executive search campaigns for PLCs, SMEs, and PE backed businesses in Building Products, Furniture, Apparel, Consumer electronics, Automotive and Toys.

Sandun has an LLB from Queen Mary – University of London and commenced his recruitment career as a graduate trainee with a global recruitment business.
