Rebecca is experienced at helping businesses with their talent and hiring needs. She is a highly passionate and driven Executive Search Partner working in a role as International Director leading our Group’s international accounts across the various practices. Rebecca is working with businesses mainly across Europe. She loves to partner with businesses at all stages, from scale-ups through publicly traded companies.

Her main passion is working with leadership teams, boards and CHROs to build strong organisations to enable sustainable growth, whilst retaining the company DNA to ensure future success.

Assignments you will often find Rebecca working on are searches on C-level (-1/2), such as CEO, COO, Commercial Director, CHRO, and Operations Director appointments at Group, market, or divisional levels. She is also experienced in working with NED assignments/board builds for PE backed firms.

Rebecca holds an MBA in Strategic Management from Alliant International University in San Diego, California where she also had a full ride scholarship for 4 years. She has continued to play tennis outside of work and represented Sweden in multiple National Team events on a senior level.
