Mikael is based in Stockholm and recruits mainly within the international consumer product sector, at senior management and executive level.

Having led multiple large scale recruitment projects across the Nordics, he has a strong reputation for delivering excellent client and candidate experiences.

Before joining Nigel Wright Group, Mikael gained numerous years’ experience in people management positions within the Nordic FMCG category. This included multinational blue-chip companies, such as Danone and Philip Morris, primarily within Supply Chain & Operations but also from Sales, Commercial planning & Business Intelligence.

Mikael holds a Business Finance degree from IHM Business School in Stockholm, Sweden.
