In his role as Practice Leader of Nigel Wright Group's Industrial business and Assessment Services, he adeptly navigates markets to meet client needs effectively.

Jacob's academic background is anchored in psychology, leadership, and business. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Oslo and a Master of Science in Leadership and Organisational Psychology from BI Norwegian Business School.
