Over a 25-year career in executive search, Chris has built a deep and diverse global network within the Consumer Goods industry. He now leads Nigel Wright Group’s Home Sector practice, supporting clients across the UK, Europe, the USA, and beyond. His focus spans a dynamic and fast-evolving market dedicated to enhancing how we live—covering electronics and appliances, furniture and sanitaryware, homewares and textiles, garden products, DIY, home improvement and décor, and home infrastructure.

Chris has held leadership roles across multiple industries and regions, including ERP talent for global corporates, hedge fund recruitment, and senior supply chain appointments in FMCG. His international experience—having run businesses in both the UK and Asia—shapes a commercial and globally minded approach to executive search.

He works closely with CEOs and business owners to enhance the performance of leadership teams, regularly delivering CEO, CFO, COO, and CMO appointments, as well as key strategic functional hires at the level below.

Chris holds a BSc from Newcastle University, majoring in Psychology and Economics.
