Charlotte's Experience Summary

Charlotte is responsible for the leadership of the Public and Third sectors, Interim/Temporary Finance and Business Support Teams, across the North of England, with offices in Newcastle, Wynyard, Leeds and Manchester.

Charlotte is personally responsible for Interim Executive Finance recruitment across the North and Interim Executive roles in the Public and Not for Profit sectors as well as supporting on permanent Public sector and Not for Profit executive search campaigns throughout her career.

Charlotte runs numerous leadership networks including FD dinners and HRD dinners, enabling her to have a focused network within public and private sectors. These events enhance her regional network and allow her to bring the right person to the role whether specialising in business transformation, shared service, or organisational change.
