About the Role:
As Marketing Account Manager – Nordics, you will lead the marketing and brand activation for premium fresh produce brands across the region.
You will act as the key contact for local agencies and stakeholders, ensuring campaigns are effectively planned and delivered. The role combines agency pace with strong brand ownership and sits close to the commercial side of the business.
You will collaborate with international teams, agencies, retailers and partners, helping drive brand growth across the Nordic markets.
This is a remote role based in Sweden, with regular travel across the Nordics and Europe.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead marketing campaigns and activations across the Nordics
• Manage agencies and key stakeholders
• Coordinate campaign planning, budgets and timelines
• Collaborate with internal teams and commercial partners
• Represent the brand towards retailers and partners
• Monitor results and identify optimisation opportunities
• Support annual planning and ongoing development
Your Profile:
We are looking for a proactive and self-driven marketer who enjoys working across markets and stakeholders.
You have:
• Around 8+ years’ experience in marketing, brand or account management
• Experience from agency and/or in-house roles
• Strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills
• Excellent communication and influencing ability
• Fluency in English and Swedish
• Willingness to travel regularly
