We're looking for a Trade Coordinator to help bring our commercial plans to life. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys turning plans into action and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. You'll work closely with sales, marketing and external partners to ensure activations, launches and campaigns are executed with excellence. This role is located in our Stockholm office, and you will be reporting to Nordic Shopper & Activation Manager.

What you'll do
- Coordinate activations, campaigns and product launches
- Manage POS materials and support in-store execution
- Work closely with sales teams, suppliers and external partners
- Support the planning and delivery of trade marketing activities
- Track timelines, deliveries and campaign execution
- Assist with reporting, follow-up and day-to-day commercial operations
- Support the development of sales materials and launch tools
- Help ensure great execution across all customer touchpoints
Who are you?
We believe you're someone who has recently completed, or is close to completing, a degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or a related field, and perhaps gained your first experience through an internship, part-time position or an entry-level role within a commercial, marketing or administrative environment.
You're organised, proactive and enjoy keeping multiple projects moving at the same time. You take ownership, thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a structured approach to your work. You're comfortable working in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and you're a strong communicator with excellent English skills.
