Schysst Käk was founded by entrepreneur brothers Amir and Alex Kheirmand and has become one of Sweden’s fastest-growing FMCG companies. What started with a simple idea – making great food easier to enjoy at home – has grown into a leading consumer brand available in thousands of stores across the Nordics. Today, Schysst Käk is part of the Agra Group and operates across multiple Nordic markets. Their international expansion journey includes Finland, Denmark, the UK and Norway, with ambitious growth plans ahead. With approximately 35 employees and continued expansion across markets, products and production capacity, they are now looking for a Head of Finance to help build the financial foundation for the next phase of growth.

About the role:

As Head of Finance, you will report directly to the CEO and act as a key business partner to management and owners. Leading a small finance team, you will be responsible for financial planning, business controlling, reporting and decision support across the business. This is a commercially focused role with a strong emphasis on controlling, analysis and business performance. Accounting and statutory reporting are largely managed externally, allowing you to focus on driving insights, identifying opportunities and supporting strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the finance function
• Own budgeting, forecasting and management reporting
• Drive business controlling and profitability analysis
• Support investment decisions and business cases
• Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Purchasing
• Develop KPIs, dashboards and decision-support tools
• Identify trends, risks and growth opportunities
• Drive efficiency through AI, automation and data-driven processes

Your Profile:

Schysst Käk is looking for a commercially minded finance professional who combines analytical strength with business curiosity.

You likely have:

• Experience as Finance Manager, Business Controller or similar
• Strong capabilities within controlling, forecasting and business analysis
• Experience partnering closely with commercial stakeholders
• The ability to translate numbers into recommendations and actions
• A proactive, hands-on and entrepreneurial mindset
• Interest in AI, automation and modern ways of working
