With over 25 years in the market, a broad portfolio of more than 200 models, and operations across multiple European markets, the company is on an exciting growth journey in Sweden. The offering sits in an attractive volume segment, combining design, comfort, and strong retailer profitability.
 

The Opportunity

This is a highly entrepreneurial role where you will take ownership of developing and expanding the Swedish market. You will play a key role in strengthening the partner network, driving sales performance, and positioning the brand as a preferred supplier among furniture retailers.
This is a field-based role where you will spend the majority of your time meeting customers across Sweden. It is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys being on the road, values face-to-face interaction, and thrives in a dynamic, independent work environment.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow a strong network of furniture retail partners across Sweden
  • Identify and onboard new customers within the B2B segment
  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships with existing clients
  • Conduct product presentations and support partners with in-store sales
  • Drive sell-out by advising on assortment, exposure, and training
  • Plan and execute frequent customer visits and travel across your region
  • Track performance and maintain structured reporting in CRM
We are looking for a commercially driven and self-motivated individual with a passion for sales and relationship-building.

You likely have:
  • Experience in B2B sales, ideally within furniture, interiors, or related industries
  • Previous experience in a field-based role and a genuine enjoyment of traveling and spending time on the road
  • A strong ability to work independently and structure your own sales activities
  • A natural talent for building relationships and creating business opportunities
  • High energy, curiosity, and a proactive mindset
  • Confidence in presenting products and advising customers
  • Fluency in Swedish and a good command of English
