About the role

As Sales Manager Sweden, you will lead and develop the Cederroth First Aid sales organisation and drive continued growth in the Swedish market. This is an opportunity to strengthen commercial performance, shape ways of working and develop both the business and the team.

You will lead a B2B sales team of four people, manage selected key accounts and play a central role in building strong customer relationships. In addition, you will collaborate closely with Nordic and international colleagues within the Wound Care First Aid organisation, contributing market insights and best practices.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach and develop the Swedish sales team, ensuring clear priorities, engagement and performance.
  • Drive sales growth and deliver commercial targets in line with the budget and business plan.
  • Manage and develop selected key accounts through customer planning, negotiations and business development.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with customers, distributors and internal stakeholders.
  • Use market insights, customer feedback and sales data to identify opportunities and improve performance.
  • Ensure effective use of CRM and sales data to monitor activities and results.
  • Contribute to Nordic and international projects within Wound Care First Aid.

What we expect from you

  • +8 years of experience in key account management, including a few years with sales leadership, within B2B sales, technical products or sales through large distributors.
  • Experience from the PPE category is a strong advantage.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Proven leadership, collaboration and negotiation skills.
  • A genuine passion for developing people and teams.
  • A customer-focused, proactive and independent working style.
  • Relevant university education within business, commerce or a related field.
  • Fluent spoken and written Swedish and English.
  • Good IT skills, including M365, Copilot and CRM.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
