As JDE continues to strengthen its Swedish organisation, we are looking for a structured and commercially minded Sales Operations Specialist to join the team in Stockholm.

This is an opportunity to gain broad exposure across a leading FMCG business while working closely with Key Account Managers, commercial leaders and cross-functional stakeholders. You will play an important role in ensuring the smooth execution of commercial plans, supporting some of Sweden's most recognised coffee brands while contributing to the continued growth of the business.

The Opportunity

As Sales Operations Specialist, you will be a key member of the Swedish commercial organisation, supporting both day-to-day sales operations and longer-term business priorities. Working closely with Key Account Managers and cross-functional teams, you will help ensure that customer plans, promotional activities, product launches and internal processes are executed efficiently and to the highest standard.

The role offers broad exposure across the business and sits at the intersection of sales, category, supply chain and planning. You will be instrumental in maintaining operational excellence while providing the data, reporting and commercial support needed to help the organisation succeed. For individuals who enjoy both structure and collaboration, this is an excellent opportunity to develop within a leading international FMCG company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Key Account Managers in the execution of customer plans, commercial activities and day-to-day business operations.
  • Coordinate product launches, assortment updates and promotional activities, ensuring accurate implementation across systems and stakeholders.
  • Manage and oversee invoice flows and administrative sales processes that help ensure efficient business operations.
  • Prepare reports, analyses and sales materials that support business decision-making and performance tracking.
  • Support the tools and processes used by the field sales organisation while identifying opportunities to improve ways of working.
  • Contribute to key planning processes, including S&OP activities, ensuring data accuracy and cross-functional alignment.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across sales, category, supply chain and other key functions to ensure seamless execution across the business.

Build the Future from Stockholm

As part of JDE's continued investment in Sweden, Stockholm plays a central role in shaping the future of the business. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with commercial leaders and colleagues across the Nordic organisation while contributing to the success of some of Sweden's most loved coffee brands.

For candidates who are motivated by learning, collaboration and continuous improvement, this is a chance to build valuable commercial experience in a dynamic FMCG environment while creating a strong foundation for future career development within JDE.

Who Are You?

You are a highly organised and detail-oriented professional who enjoys creating structure in a fast-paced environment. You have a proactive mindset, strong problem-solving skills and a genuine desire to support both colleagues and customers through high-quality execution.

You are likely to bring:

  • Minimum 2-3 years from a similar Sales Operations, Sales Support or Commercial Coordination role.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively while managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • A structured and analytical mindset, combined with a high level of attention to detail and quality.
  • Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to build positive working relationships across multiple teams.
  • Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • Experience from FMCG, retail or SAP is considered an advantage.

Personally, you are dependable, service-minded and motivated by helping others succeed. You enjoy working with both people and processes, take pride in delivering high-quality work, and thrive in an environment where accuracy, collaboration and continuous improvement are valued.
