Lead Commercial Growth and Pricing Excellence Across Sweden

As JDE continues to strengthen its commercial capabilities across the Nordic region, we are looking for an analytical and commercially driven Strategic Commercial & Pricing Manager to play a key role in shaping sustainable growth and profitability across the Swedish business.
This is an exciting opportunity to sit at the heart of the commercial organisation, partnering closely with Sales, Marketing and Finance to drive pricing excellence, revenue optimisation and long-term value creation. You will have significant influence on commercial decision-making and help shape how JDE captures growth opportunities across multiple channels and customer segments.
The Opportunity
As Commercial & Pricing Manager, you will lead the strategic commercial and shopper agenda across Sweden, covering Retail, Foodservice and Workplace channels. You will be responsible for identifying value creation opportunities, driving revenue growth initiatives and optimising profitability through effective pricing, portfolio management and commercial planning. Working as a trusted partner to Sales leadership and other key stakeholders, you will help shape commercial strategy and provide the insights needed to support critical business decisions. Through a strong understanding of pricing dynamics, profitability drivers and market opportunities, you will ensure that growth is delivered in a sustainable and profitable way. The role offers extensive cross-functional exposure and will play an important part in Integrated Business Planning, helping to identify future growth opportunities, support innovation business cases and develop effective price and pack strategies. You will combine strategic thinking with executional excellence, ensuring that commercial priorities are translated into measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and drive Value Creation Plans across Sweden, identifying growth opportunities and ensuring successful execution.
- Drive Revenue Optimisation initiatives across pricing, portfolio strategy and promotional effectiveness.
- Manage and develop profit pools to maximise long-term business profitability.
- Act as a strategic business partner to Sales leaders, supporting commercial decision-making and performance improvements
- Lead the Integrated Business Planning agenda, including white space opportunities, innovation business cases and price-pack architecture.
- Lead the Pricing Drumbeat process across all channels, ensuring pricing discipline and alignment throughout the organisation.
- Transform complex data and analysis into actionable insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Lead cross-functional projects and ensure strong stakeholder alignment and disciplined execution.
- Contribute to shaping the future commercial direction of the Swedish business through data-driven decision-making and strategic recommendations.

Who Are You?
You are a commercially minded and analytically strong professional who enjoys using data and insights to drive business performance. You understand how pricing, portfolio management and revenue growth management can create long-term value and are comfortable working across multiple functions to turn strategy into action.
You are likely to bring:
- 3-5 years experience within FMCG, consumer goods or another commercially driven environment.
- Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
- Experience leading projects and driving initiatives from concept to implementation.
- Strong commercial understanding with exposure to pricing, revenue growth management or commercial strategy.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience collaborating across Sales, Marketing and Finance functions
- The ability to balance long-term strategic thinking with strong execution and delivery.
- Experience influencing decision-making through data, insights and fact-based recommendations.
- Fluency in both Swedish & English
