Emma's Experience Summary

Emma has over 25 years experience in the Executive Search industry. She started her career working in boutique search firms before setting up her own consultancy business providing research services to Executive Search clients in Ireland and the UK. She then spent 3 years at Korn Ferry before joining Nigel Wright Group in 2022.

Emma leads the American Delivery team for all executive search and is passionate about ensuring that quality research remains at the centre of all projects. Emma’s focus throughout her career has been on delivering top quality senior level talent to clients across the consumer, financial service, technology, industrial, and pharmaceutical sectors.

She is always leading searches for clients in North America across a range of C-suite and General Management positions, whether they be Sales & Marketing, Financial, or Operational. Emma's effectiveness has earned praise from her clients at international organizations such as Diageo, LVMH, Heineken, Pfizer, Facebook, Aryzta, Glanbia, Flutter Entertainment, and Bayer.

Emma graduated from Trinity College Dublin with a BA in Sociology and Drama & Theatre Studies.
