Laverana International AG has been marketing and distributing products under the brand lavera, one of Europe’s leading natural cosmetics brands, since 2021. From product idea to delivery – everything comes from a single source. For more than 30 years, we have been producing lavera (“the true”) natural cosmetics. These exciting tasks are waiting for you

•    Market development & market entry: You actively shape the successful development of the lavera brand in the Northern Europe cluster – with a clear focus on the Netherlands and the UK – and identify new business opportunities.
•    Sales & network development: You develop and implement sales strategies for the Netherlands and the UK, particularly in grocery retail, drugstores, pharmacies, perfumeries and organic specialist retailers. Within customer management, you independently oversee customers, take on an active leadership role and ensure successful negotiations as well as the implementation of results. You build long-term, trust-based customer relationships at eye level, leveraging existing market success.
•    Marketing & brand development: You understand the lavera brand conceptually and position it effectively within the beauty sector. You support the development and execution of marketing strategies and sales-promoting activities that strengthen the brand and increase awareness for natural cosmetics.
•    Analysis & reporting: You create meaningful monthly, quarterly and annual sales-related reports, derive specific actions from them and are responsible for revenue and sales planning. You also analyse customer assortments using market data and identify consumer trends.
•    Profitable growth & optimisation: You orchestrate marketing and sales activities to maximise growth and profitability, steer the P&L for the cluster and increase market share and net sales by activating all business drivers in the best possible way.
•    Interface management: You work closely with internal and external stakeholders and departments to achieve the best possible results for the Netherlands and the UK.

Your profile: What sets you apart

Values & brand understanding: You are passionate about natural cosmetics and embody lavera’s company values in your daily work.
•    A degree in business administration or a comparable commercial qualification
•    Several years of sales experience in at least one of the focus markets (Netherlands and/or UK), ideally in the FMCG or cosmetics sector
•    A strong and reliable network within retail in the Netherlands and/or the UK
•    Experience in leading and developing sales teams
•    Hands-on mentality, strong negotiation skills and entrepreneurial mindset
•    Excellent analytical and conceptual skills as well as a structured, results-oriented way of working
•    Languages: Business-fluent Dutch and English; German skills are an advantage
