We're recruiting several Brand Managers on behalf of an international consumer goods company, based in Norway and Denmark.
This is an opportunity to join a business entering an exciting growth phase across the Nordic region. Working closely with local and regional teams, you will help bring marketing plans to life, execute impactful campaigns and activations, and strengthen the brand's presence in your market.
We're looking for someone who enjoys being close to the action a hands-on marketer who thrives on making things happen, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and turning plans into strong execution.
Reporting to the local Marketing Manager, you will coordinate and execute marketing activities across your market, ensuring campaigns, launches, activations, and retail initiatives are delivered to a high standard.
This is a highly operational role for someone who enjoys ownership, works well across multiple stakeholders, and can combine creativity with a strong commercial mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and coordinate local marketing activities across digital, social, partnerships, events, sampling, retail, and point-of-sale channels in line with the local marketing strategy.
- Deliver high-quality brand activations, product launches, and retail initiatives that drive awareness, consumer engagement, and trial.
- Manage external agencies and partners, ensuring strong execution, clear follow-up, and consistent brand presence in the market.
- Monitor campaign performance, activation reach, and market trends, using insights and data to optimise future activities and improve results.
- Manage assigned marketing budgets and ensure resources are invested effectively to support agreed business objectives.
- Work closely with commercial teams and regional stakeholders to strengthen retail execution, support sales performance, and contribute to long-term brand growth and consumer loyalty.
Experience
- Minimum three years of experience in marketing, brand management, ideally within FMCG, food, beverages, consumer goods, retail, lifestyle brands, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience delivering campaigns and activations across digital, social, experiential, and retail channels.
- Strong understanding of social and digital marketing and experience working with agencies and external partners.
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to translate data, insights, and trends into actionable recommendations.
- Commercially minded with the ability to adapt broader brand initiatives to local market needs.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Fluency in a Scandinavian language and English.
