Alex has extensive experience leading executive search mandates for senior management and C-suite positions across the consumer products sector in the US. He partners with private equity-backed, founder-led, and publicly listed businesses to identify and attract transformational leaders across all functional disciplines. Having spent almost a decade leading teams within Nigel Wright Group and previously building his career with leading executive search firms, he brings a proven track record of delivering strategic talent solutions in highly competitive markets.

Alex developed much of his professional career in Germany, after spending five years in the USA where he successfully completed his bachelor’s degree in international business and worked in a consultancy in Atlanta. He also holds a master’s degree in human resources from the University of Paderborn.
