About the roles
We are hiring two Key Account Managers:
One Key Account Manager for Retail and one for Foodservice.
In both roles, you will be responsible for managing key customer relationships, driving sales, and ensuring profitable growth.
The Retail role focuses on major retail customers, while the Foodservice role focuses on wholesalers, chains, and out-of-home customers.
You will work closely with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow key customer accounts
- Drive sales and deliver profitable growth
- Lead negotiations (pricing, contracts, yearly agreements)
- Build strong, long-term customer relationships
- Develop and execute customer and business plans
- Support product launches and optimize portfolio
- Monitor forecasts, budgets, and performance
- Identify growth opportunities and drive initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally internally
Requirements & Background
- Experience in sales, key account management, or customer-facing roles
- Experience within retail or foodservice (depending on role)
- Strong commercial and business understanding
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills
- Analytical and structured approach
- Fluent in Danish and English
